rude! I just have to say, rude. I come into the load and the girl who accepts my order, I think her name was ariel showed total disregard for me. I would add that this disregard was very unnamed, as I was very nice to her, so I don't understand why I was so rudely spoken. check their employees and think about their positions in a costume service workstation, as their worker was flat out rude and seemed to be wiped off at any small thing that they even acted on this wisely to their employees. please reassess who rent them. this is unacceptable in this type of workstations and does not fly in the real world.
every time I order from here, they get my order wrong. I will not ask any salat tomato on a pack and still put them in bed. even sometimes it says these instructions on the wrap and they still are wrong. they also gave me the complete wrong order several times. ordered a buffalo chicken pack and got home and a bit in a package with garnel in it. Thank God I was not allergic. I hate it, bad reviews and complain, but this place is always a terrible experience
I haven't been here for a long time! decided to stop for a Detox smoothie to my surprise it was happy hour! 2 smoothies for $8.xx it was very early and I received great service from the guy who makes the smoothies, he also recommended other smoothies that I like, based on ordering a detox island green. my experience last year was not so great so it is nice to see that the dings have changed!
The guy at the register was nice but the girl making my smoothie started and than went to the back- did not return for 6 minutes. The guy at the register is took over. Also, the smoothie was HORRIBLE, it just tasted like water! It was just strawberries and bananas with almonds- how can you go wrong! I do not recommend this place. Im sorry.

There were 4 people in there who had already ordered but I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. People after me got their stuff before I did which was annoying and frustrating. I wouldn’t go back here because it was weird and my smoothie was okay. I asked for extra sweet and it wasn’t that. ?? try it you might like it though.
I loved to come on the one hand on the brain park, but now everything is always bad ... the drink is never right or have the right taste and I just got a package from here just because I didn't want to travel far to the other and the package is so crazy salty... What the bells are they young do in there... it's so hard.
The slowest fing tropical cafe in the worldStay away from it, please!I want to know why it took 23 minutes to make 1 southwest wrap and 2 chicken pestos? You guys had enough staffs and store wasn't even that busy compare to other tropical cafes on Bayshore and Hauppauge. What is your time frame to make one sandwich?
