Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but I recently ordered delivery for me and my kids and only received the smoothies, not the sandwiches we had also ordered. When I called the store to let them know, they informed me that the sandwiches were left on the counter for pick up. Normally I would have been able to pick them up, but I had just had surgery and couldn't drive. We were disappointed that there was no immediate solution other than possibly getting a refund, which required the manager to contact the delivery department. After reading many negative reviews about this location, I will not be returning in the future.

Wow I love tropical smoothies as well but after reading all of the bad countless reviews I'm changing my mind if I pay for something I expect to get the best service and the food to be quality not watered down and unproportion. I hope that thistropical smoothie location which is right by my house we're really step their game up cuz I really like eating here I would hateto have to go out into another area neighborhood just to get a smoothie something to think about

I often have to wait for an excessively long time for my smoothies and/or food at this restaurant. The orders are often incorrect and the sandwiches sometimes taste like plain bread and sauce. During my last visit, I witnessed a trainee and trainer arguing rudely in front of 20 other customers. It was very unprofessional. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the manager, who is a great person.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a strawberry smoothie they charged me extra for strawberries and added bananas. I asked them did it have banana in it he said no. Sure enough it did. The attitude and unprofessional approach to a mistake that theymade was distasteful.

The service at this restaurant is always pleasant and efficient, and the food is also good.
