This particular location is one to avoid.I do not like leaving bad reviews but to anyone who it may concern: for the sake of your valuable time and mental sanity, do NOT try coming here especially around lunch time.Most employees on shift are rude and lazy while one star employee hustles rushes around to get everything done.When they get slammed, they get overwhelmed and hide in the back. How can this place be in such a good spot and have the worst customer service. It's the only smoothie place in this area, and I walk in and wait at the counter and no one ever comes out! There is a girl sitting down who was there before me, she was told to wait because there is only one person working- I looked at the screen and there is only one order on the screen and no one is even there preparing it. I'm in the hospitality industry and I believe this is as bad as it gets.I just left as this is sadly a common occurrence at this spot. Maybe I should open my own smoothie spot here and win all this residential business...
I’ve walked in here the past two days in a row and no one ever comes out. There was a sign saying there was only one person working but I don’t know how the owner can have this be a profitable business when the front is left completely empty with no one monitoring it. I understand being short staffed but at this point it seems like a huge liability!
Ordered kale/apple slaw. I honestly thought my kids had gotten into it and taken a few bites. This is what we paid for—approximately 2 tablespoons of slaw. My husbands kale-apple slaw was the same. We could have combined both of ours and had a very small side of about 4T total.

i’ve been going to tropical smoothie for 7 years (and worked at a diff location in 2016) and i just had the best chia banana smoothie i’ve ever had in my life at this location. whoever was making smoothies at 2 pm on 9/14 deserves a raise
Great spot, plenty of parking and quick service for a Mighty tasty smoothie. Thank you to Joe and his courteous team!I highly recommend the Avocolada with whey and almonds.
Dakilya and Altonio were absolutely pleasant to deal with. Food was on point and service was too. 3rd time here and all staff friendly and easy to deal with.
We Came from out of town , Marlo and his team gave exceptional service. Definitely will be coming back again.
