I ordered a smoothie through the app for pick-up and drove 15 minutes to the location. However, when I arrived, my smoothie wasn’t ready, which I could overlook if it weren’t for the fact that only one employee was making smoothies and handling the cash register while three others were just chatting. There were about seven customers in line waiting to place their orders and another three, including myself, waiting for online orders. After waiting another 20 minutes, my order was finally placed on the shelf. We all had to approach the shelf and check the labels to find our names on the cups since the employees didn’t bother calling out anyone’s name. To top it off, the smoothie was very water...
Im kinda a regular so I’ve been there when it’s busy and slow so reading some of these reviews are crazy. But I’ll say this I live closer to 2 other tropical smoothie cafes and I go out my way almost every morning and sometimes night to come to this exact location to get what I need and they always make sure I’m good. They take my order and make my stuff in a timely manor I’m not really fond of pointless small talk so I love when I get the cashiers that don’t try and strike a convo with me or anything. Anyways love this place keeping doing a good job ??
I went there with my daughter the other day and we ordered two smoothie. We waited for good 20 minutes. They served everyone besides us. They finally gave me One of the smoothies. I reminded them that they were missing one and the staff had an attitude so my daughter felt uncomfortable and she decided she wanted her money back The staff said, what am I supposed to do with this drink? I’m not gonna drink it. This is not a way to run a business. Made us very uncomfortable
I had the pleasure of visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The staff working at the counter were patient, happily shared their favorite menu items, and quickly took our order. The Hurricane smoothie with passion fruit and dark cherries was bursting with flavor, while the Bahama Mama was a taste of the tropics in a cup. The staff was friendly, the selection of smoothies was excellent, and the location was top-notch.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They got my order wrong and then tried to gaslight me saying I ordered the wrong thing. They then made me wait an additional 30 minutes for my corrected order all while having a nasty attitude. I get it, this isn’t fine dining but there’s no reason to treat people that way.
Come here all the time never had an issue… Ordered a baja chicken wrap with extra chicken, paid for extra chicken too. Received a baja chicken wrap with ZERO chicken, and multiple ingredients that don’t belong. Ex: Hummus, tomatoes instead of salsa. Bunch of kid working on their phones not paying attention.
Triston was an amazing person. Was so kind to me and my friends and made us laugh when he tagged in our conversation. The drinks we ordered were fantastic. The atmosphere was a vibe and the service was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming back
I went with my kid, the lady serving is like”I don’t want you here’ of course the place was empty, with that kind of atmosphere you can’t pretend costumers! I think is time to renovate employees….
