I really enjoy the food when it's prepared correctly, but there's always something that seems to be missing. During my last visit, my order came without any sides, and this time, my salad arrived without dressing, leaving me to eat it dry. I can’t believe I’m expected to eat a salad without any dressing! There have also been times when they've decided for me whether I wanted a salad or a wrap, despite my actual choice. I might consider the wraps more if they were cut properly or made to the right size, but lately, I've had to tear them apart every time. This review is based on two visits. I encountered a staff member with black and red braided hair styled in a bun, who had overly dramatic eyelashes and was quite rude. She stood at the register staring blankly, seemingly surprised by the presence of a regular customer. She didn’t greet me with a "hi," "hello," or "how can I help you"—not a word! However, when two men walked in, she became very chatty with them. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. Additionally, I noticed three or four women discussing personal issues while customers were waiting. To the owner of this establishment, I suggest you check in during the hours of 1 PM to 2:30 PM to see what’s going on.

The first time I called in my order I was so worried that they would not get it right and as a matter of fact it was perfect, either way you go call in your order or walk in you?ve got great service by a bunch of great young ladies. Every time I come inthey smile they greet me and they?re all so beautiful thank you tropical smoothie for having a class act bunch of employees.

The food was absolutely delightful! The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they easily accommodated my request for a non-whey protein powder. I ordered the Mango Magic, substituting strawberries for pineapple, and it's fantastic. The service was quick, and the cafe is spotless. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be returning!
Spent almost $25 smoothies and quesadillas on the mobile app just to get here and for there to be a sign on the door that states they’re closed. How unprofessional. Why not shut down mobile ordering. There were several ppl who came to the door and were as confused as me. No update to Google hours no nothing. This location should really do better!
The female manager was very rude. She responded with attitude when I said hello and was giving the other manager judgmental looks when my friend arrived. I won’t be coming back until she is no longer employed, as this behavior is unacceptable in a professional environment.
Although the staff was somewhat friendly, it felt like they didn't value customers like me who contribute to their business by buying smoothies. Unfortunately, this was my second time giving this place a shot, and I don’t plan on coming back again.

I won't be returning to this restaurant. The manager with dreadlocks, who is somewhat heavyset, was very rude to me. If this is how you treat your customers, I can't recommend this place to anyone.
I love their smoothies and appreciate the wide variety they offer, with each one containing a delicious blend of many different ingredients.
