I’ve had my issues with this location. Usually minor, but sometimes more than a little inconvenient. But the reason I’m leaving a good rating is due to how the owner (I’m assuming it was the owner) has handled my most recent issue. He went above and beyond, and I am quite impressed with how much care he took to provide good customer service. I look forward to ordering from them again in the future. Though, until they sort out their issues with their delivery service, I’ll be sticking to picking it up myself.
I 'd never been in here before their flip-flop day free smoothie where I also got a Lean Machine smoothie- it was a little silly to offer a lean smoothie with fat burners and added sugar, but leaving out the sugar was no problem and both my smoothies, the free one and the Lean Machine, were excellent. The food I saw coming out looked great too, I plan to come back and give it a try. Service: Take out
Vegetarian options: The smoothies are huge, you don't even need to worry about the food. But if you do want food, the hummus wrap is a great vegetarian option. Kid-friendliness: The setting is not very kid friendly. There are no high chairs and not much extra space for strollers and kid supplies. However, the smoothies are a good kid-friendly snack food if you're doing take out. Service: Take out
I really enjoy the smoothie and wrap combination at Tropical Smoothie! The Thai chicken wraps are definitely my favorite. I appreciate that I can use the app to place my order, and it's usually ready for pickup in just 10 to 15 minutes. It makes it so convenient for me, especially on nights when I'm dining alone.

The cafe is clean and well taken care of and the employee who helped me out was polite and did a good job with my food. Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses. Wheelchair accessibility: Shared handicap parking with other businesses and a handicap friendly doorway. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
I love this location, the workers are normally very nice and the food and smoothies are normally great. Seems like the mask policy is optional for some workers though. Edit: 3 months later, same worker still no mask. Training other workers to not wear a mask too.
This was my first time visiting this charming little restaurant, and I was impressed by the appealing menu. I ordered the mango magic smoothie, and it was absolutely delightful! I highly recommend checking this place out, and I will definitely return.
I call to place a order on the phone and they said they don’t do phone order only online order but at the other tropical location they do phone order so why not this one
