Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Im very up set with this location. I patronize this business almost everyday . I came here on Sunday not knowing they closed at 7:30 , I saw the young man locking the door after 2 customers were leaving out so I went online to check what time they closed it wasn?t 730 yet is was 7:24 . . I don?t understand why so companies do this . My dad is at the hospital straight down the street from them . He battling cancer he doesn?t want to eat anything but he?s been loving these shakes . I was so sad I couldn?t get him the shake. I even went back to tell him it?s not even 7:30 yet . He still didn?t open the door .

Don't order Uber to eat. They'll just wait for it to be cold. It takes an hour to make children's quesadillas and your drink will be melted. $30 for children's quadillas. Corn and smoothie. The Quesadillas have not melted

Always to this!! Merrick is closer to me, but I will continue for the better smoothie! Never any ice chips or pieces of fruit in your mouth for lack of mix.. Terri is the best smoothie manufacturer??

Always missing items when you order. I wouldn't say anything if it was once, but it was not just twice that is now the third. Mal.m, especially for something that doesn't require much skill.

Staff are rude, need to learn correct customer service label card machine is broken, makes it like your forced to tap just press x , I would have if they were beautiful, but eh.
