Im very up set with this location. I patronize this business almost everyday . I came here on Sunday not knowing they closed at 7:30 , I saw the young man locking the door after 2 customers were leaving out so I went online to check what time they closed it wasn?t 730 yet is was 7:24 . . I don?t understand why so companies do this . My dad is at the hospital straight down the street from them . He battling cancer he doesn?t want to eat anything but he?s been loving these shakes . I was so sad I couldn?t get him the shake. I even went back to tell him it?s not even 7:30 yet . He still didn?t open the door .
What Outstanding service. I wish I got her name but, she is amazing in remembering her guests that come in. She remembered me after I visit. When I walked in this morning she looked at me and said Bahama mama right? Simply amazing. As I waited for my smoothie I watched her as she interacted with her other guests. She remembers everyone. I got my smoothie and wished it took longer to be made just so I can watch the interactions. Awesome service and the smoothies are incredible.
Do something about the sanitation. It is disgusting to stand in that building, which is odd because the outside is very lovely . Pretty good food though. I placed an order online and they said the food was given to another guest when I got there so I had to wait. Then they told me they didn't have my banana as a side, so they gave me chips instead. Would be an easy 1 star experience if it wasn't for the modest food
One of the rudest customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Cursing while making my drink and being vile and nasty almost made me walk out. This place deserves a 0, nobody should ever treat anyone the way I was treated at this establishment. Talk to how your workers are supposed to treat human beings with respect and dignity. All that attitude for a 24 oz drink.

This location is a mess. My boyfriend was picking up our order, and not only did he have to tell the employee each item we ordered upon arrival because she seemed to think we had only ordered one smoothie when we ordered two smoothies and two wraps, but she didn’t even end up giving us the correct order. If you’re going to get tropical smoothie, go to any other location.
Visited this location about 2 months ago for the first time. Walked in today and Terri says “wait don’t tell me, detox island green”. I couldn’t believe she remembered my order from one time prior!! Absolutely incredible customer service. Terri is just awesome and so friendly, and makes the best smoothie!!
The staff were rude and could use some training in customer service. The card machine was broken, which made it feel like you had to tap to pay—just press 'X.' I might have been more forgiving if they were more pleasant, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
I always come back to this place! Although Merrick is closer to me, I prefer this spot for the superior smoothies. There are never any ice chips or chunks of fruit left in your mouth due to poor blending. Terri is the best when it comes to making smoothies!

Don't order Uber to eat. They'll just wait for it to be cold. It takes an hour to make children's quesadillas and your drink will be melted. $30 for children's quadillas. Corn and smoothie. The Quesadillas have not melted
