You can't go wrong with any dish you choose; everything is delicious. I often switch between the donburi and ramen, both of which are outstanding. To be honest, I've loved everything I've tried. I've also had a variety of appetizers, and they were all great. The online ordering system is user-friendly, with plenty of options for add-ons and customization, which is a nice feature. The staff are consistently friendly and provide excellent service. Honestly, I'd eat here every day if I had the chance!

I recently tried the rice bowl at this ramen shop, and it was a wonderful surprise! The flavors were spot on, with an ideal balance of seasoning and ingredients. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the toppings added a refreshing burst and great texture. If you're seeking something different from the usual ramen, this is a fantastic choice. The portion size was generous as well, making for a satisfying meal. I highly recommend trying their rice bowl—you won't be disappointed!

The food was indifferent. Service was POOR. No greetings at all. Customers came 10min after us and got their waters before our table. Waiting time was ridiculously long that I we were deciding to take our stomachs elsewhere. Mind you, we were the only two tables in the entire room. Make the drive to KYURAMEN, better experience and better price! Trust me.

Wow this place is a gem. Tucked away in a strip mall, Tsuta is now a must stop every time I go through Hudson.Get the charshu pork buns and the secret menu tonkotsu pork buns. (12/10) Soooooo good. Thank you for taking the time to explain the menu to me during my first visit to this ramen shop. The tonkotsu soup was absolutely outstanding, and the toppings were perfect as well. The service I experienced at your restaurant was equally impressive. Kid-friendliness: The appetizers are excellent for kids.

Fantastic food, great service, clean restaurant, good prices, and very quick service. We got take out and it was warm once we got home and so tasty. Will definitely be dining here again.

Ramen was great, and everything cooked exactly right. The takoyaki was the best I've had so far in the u.s. and honeydew bubble tea is definitely worth a try!
