Customer service is rude. Staff of this caliber should not be at the front desk. Menu was at the back and not very visible. Asked for beef pho( normal this being a Vietnamese inspired street vendor shop) and got literally told off. Decided to preserve...n ordered pork. I guess for management thinking must be u get what u pay for. In years of my retail experience I suggest doom days must be looming. And ohh by the way the other joints close by were literally running off their feet. Sorry I felt insulted for wanting to try some street food.

With between flights, I thought great, a fresh roll is doable to grab on the way through.... Wrong. It took them mins to attend the kiosk, and minutes to make the roll. They took the roll off to behind Hudson’s to toast,...where it came back as a sacrificial offering with hot lettuce and salad, wilted beyond edible, roll was dried up and inedible the service slow, kiosk unorganised and for the price, you can get much better food and service elsewhere! If I could get away with a zero star rating, I would

Two visits to hospital emergency followed by days as hospital in patient with severe gastroenteritis followed a bowl of beef soup at this venue. Off course without an analysis of the soup the connection cannot be proven however as the medical condition followed within...hours of consuming the soup the connection appears clear. I am unlikely ever to eat Asian food at an airport ever again. Irrational, I know, but the risk of being incapacitated for five days is just too high a price to pay.

Got three beef rice paper rolls for The colourful ad shows a dipping sauce, but none was offered. There was little meat or vegetable in the roll, the paper was soggy and it was bland with a mild flavour of salt. Staff didn’t seem...interested in service and overall it was a waste of money. Roll’d in the food court area has much better tasting food. Wouldn’t bother again. Reserva una mesa ahora

The worst service Straight from the first question I have asked I just new it is not a day to dine in this take away shop. Shop assistant answered I believe so ok so I have asked another question : is the food served cold...or hot the the reply that I have received from the shop assistant was “ there is a menu” The store was very quiet and I wasn’t surprised.

Had overpriced spring rolls from here. You kind of expect to get ripped off at the airport but goodness me you don't expect to get a miserable sales assistant to go with the food.

Over priced So watery it was dripping out of the bottom, everything was soggy and completely falling apart and was slimy. Was so hungry and couldn't eat them.

Delicious food! at Only one person taking orders and preparing the food. Super busy but she is fantastic! Multi-tasker who does an amazing job under pressure. Reserva una mesa ahora
