Tully's Good Times

Everything was going well until the food arrived. The service was excellent! The table, flatware, and menu were clean. The popcorn machine was broken, but our server Tiffany offered an alternative option that arrived quickly. My companions' food was served hot and just as they expected. Delicious! Unfortunately, my Reuben sandwich was hot but missing the meat. The two tough, thick pieces of meat were overshadowed by an abundance of sauerkraut. I didn't mention this to Tiffany because usually the manager visits each guest at Tully's. I was saving my thoughts for him. However, when he passed by our table, he didn't stop or make eye contact. Haven?t been to Tullys in a while but decided to give it a chance again after my kids practice. At first I was skeptical of how busy it looked and it was late so we didn?t really want to wait. To my surprise we were seated immediately and served quickly. I was very impressed by the staff who was helpful and friendly especially the manager Alton. Alton greeted, served, cleaned?whatever was needed. We have now been the last 2 weeks as a family night out after practice.

Server was absolutely horrible. She never asked how the food was. We had to flag her down to tell her the bacon was burnt to charcoal. Then it took 15 minutes and still no new bacon was brought out. The burger got cold and my 11 year old couldn’t eat it. Just a horrible Tullys. East Syracuse, Watertown, camillus all top notch. Cicero? Absolutely not. Food: 1

The restaurant has a fantastic sports bar atmosphere and serves delicious food! The service is top-notch. This is a great place to have a sit-down dinner, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food gets a rating of 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. The staff was friendly and professional at this restaurant. The highlight for me was the food. I ordered a patty melt and was pleasantly surprised to receive two delicious grilled cheese sandwiches with a perfectly cooked patty in the middle. It was truly amazing and I can't wait to visit again. Service was for dining in and the meal was for dinner.

Got the Mountain Melt burger with a vegetarian patty. It was super good. I love cheese, and the burger is good too and doesn't fall apart under slight pressure like other places patties do. I recently had a disappointing salad from a Tullys location. It appeared that they were running low on tenders and gave me the last scraps. I am a regular at Tullys and typically enjoy their salads, but this experience was subpar. Despite this, I have given them three stars instead of one.

The restaurant has a lively atmosphere that CNY sports fans will enjoy, specifically. They are famous for their chicken tenders, but the burger I tried was also delicious!
