They say this place has the best waffles in town...which is probably true...and they serve terrific ice cream. The hosts and servers are harassed, rude, unfriendly and often contemptuous. This makes the experience a serious downer. tres mauvais.(My wife ordered crepe with grand marnier, which...was supposed to be flambe: The server lit is for 3 second and blew it out...with the usual air of apathy...So 9 euros for a crepe soaked in booze and served by a women who couldn't be bothered. So, don't you bother!
We came to dinner at 4, we were very badly received. We ordered a plate of charcuterie and a plate of melon ham smoked in entrance, only 4 unfortunate pieces of bread, the dishes didn't say anything again, but no attentive waiters, no smiles, the boss is unpleasant! badly as we get out of a big weekend of July 14 and the heat we estimate a minimum to be better received than we have been. We have been totally disappointed, we will not return.
It's a must-see place if you come to Trouville. It's very nice to stop at tutti frutti to take a waffle (nutella Chantilly) to take away or on site that you can even enjoy at two.
Great to go for fancy ice creams but if you want service with a smile or any semblance of customer service probably worth giving a wide berth.

super homemade ice cream, and huge waffle with homemade chocolate coulis. Heartburn for chocolate mint.
