We recently enjoyed Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar. When you walk in it is very inviting and on the inside looks much larger than what you would expect. It was a very busy evening and glad we had made reservations in advance. The reception desk had a backdrop of soothing flames filling rings of iron. To one side they had a very impressive bar and we were early for our table so enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. We received a text message that our table was ready on time. The service was great and our waiter was very helpful explaining the menu. We started with the Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Salmon Artichoke Dip. Both very good. Had appetizers with a couple friends tonight. I ordered the brussel sprouts. They were ok. They lacked flavor and were kinda soggy. Wish they were more roasted and crispy. The egg on top was cooked perfectly. Overall a decent app. Our server was sweet and attentive. I appreciate a server that stays on top of our beverages. Great place for drinks and friend time.

The appetizer was good but not great; the steak was perfect but the cheese was gritty and frankly weird. . The mahi mahi tacos were okay but lacked depth of flavor. My salad was good but felt like it was missing something. Service was outstanding.

Ordered the Twigs burger and had a dirty fork and what I assume to be wax paper cooked into the burger patty. Burger flavor was pretty good but, I think I’ll have to pass on a return visit.
