A reasonable buffet experience not far apart from the run of the Mill however the pictures make it look like an up market Chinese serving what looks like really good food however we chose the buffet. everything was going well we ate the starters we got the Duck but when it came to ordering in the mains the staff member turns round and says you haven't finished the Duck you need to finish the duck before you move on I looked at him puzzled and said politely there's just bones there and fat we've eaten all the meat he look surprised he looked at me removed the dish with an experience waiter he should have seen what was left on the plate we were allowed to continue absolutely disgusted how dare...
It is pretty challenging to dine out when you want to have Chinese. This was one of the rare non-takeaway-only places. So we were surprised about the menu. The waiter confessed that the Dim Sum was not homemade. So I ordered something different. I had better Chinese food with more decoration and passion, but it was not wrong. What I did not honor: serving all courses at once.
My partner ordered a takeaway from Twins through Uber. The only decent thing was the bag. My son's meal was ok, but not enough. The chicken and pineapple was very bland, it had no onions or veggies, the chicken was tasteless, like it had not been cooked enough. We won't be ordering anything again from this establishment.
This place is well below standard please be aware then ordering the food you must complete your food on your dish before being allowed to carry on you are treated as a child and the response that you get when leaving a review is utterly disgusting my advice would be not to go and save your money and go somewhere else

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. We wanted to try the buffet menu but were told we needed a gold VIP card. Thankfully, we decided to go next door for curry instead, where they were much more appreciative of our business. I would not recommend wasting your time at this restaurant.
You must visit this restaurant, it's a hidden gem! The atmosphere is great and they have a wide variety of menus to choose from. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The food is the best in the UK, so don't miss out - book a table and enjoy!
Only thing I’m disappointed with is the batter as it inconsistent sometimes it is crispy and last two times the batter has been very doughy and seems uncooked but the rest of the food is brilliant

Had takeaway delivery via Uber and was the best Chinese takeaway I have had for years. Good portion size arrived hot and delicious flavours.
Amazing service and authentic Chinese food, love the taste and quality. Will definitely visit again.
