today my mother and I decided to stop after a long day (that was our first time) eating was not what we expected when we looked at the ugly price. if I pay almost $65 for meals, I want them to be done right and taste good. the fries were waaaay over boiled, the chicken sluice I had hardly any kind of taste to him, the only thing that had really tasted were the bbq sauces. I ate only a little because I was absolutely faded, but I leave this review and photos because I don't lie about it, was disappointing and a waste of $60. I should have just gone to hog wild. Never?
The food came on time and the order was correct. However, The rib tips were so thinly sliced that there wasn’t much meat to eat. For $10, I received 10 thinly sliced tiny pieces of meat with an abundance of wimpy fries. Disappointed in this particular meal. My other issue was packing everything in tinfoil allowed the grease to settle in under the chicken and made the batter mushy. And again wimpy fries.
I was quickly greeted upon walking into the restaurant. The restaurant has a dine-in as well as a bar with tvs. I ordered my food and watched the game until the food was ready. The food was tender, saucy, and reasonably priced. The sides were good too. The location is in downtown Homewood, next to the Starbucks. It's a nice place to have a date night or bring the family in to grab some grub.
I'm stuck here when I was in town. I had the dixie sandwich and chili cheese. brisket was great, and loved the BBQ sauce enough to buy some to take home. In addition, I can easily say that was the best chili I ever had, and I used to live in the south. the personal was friendly. my only complicity is that they are 2 hours away from my house.

I just go here for the baby back ribs. They're pretty good. My only qualm is how small the sides are. They get put in sauce cup size containers. I'd rather get one side rather than two sample-sized sides. I'm not sure if this is purely a to-go issue or not. This decreases the value vs. the amount paid for me.
First time eating at TwistedQ. Had the St Louis slab with Mac and cheese and roasted vegetables. The ribs were really good and tender. They put the sauce in cups so you can add as much as you'd like. The individual sides that come with each slab are for one person (the reason for the 4 stars) were also good.
Prices in general are average.Sides are a bit small for the price.The Good:Pulled pork was tender and flavorful.Sweets and Apples was very tasty.The Bad:Brisket was overdone, dry, and lacked flavor.Mac Cheese was extremely bland.
always consistent and tasty eating wonderful service. the waitresses, employees and owners work very hard! cold beer on tap! try the pozole, suppen, chili and everything they like. it will not be disappointed!

ordered the rib tips and they did not buy this smokey taste and the sose delicious business. expects more of a place specializing in bbq.
5 star bbq. Brisket and pulled pork are both amazing. The Dirty Dog is a good go to anytime! Highly recommended!..
