During our tour in Glasgow, we dined at this restaurant and had a fantastic evening. The ambiance was lovely, the service was top-notch, and the food and drinks were excellent. I enjoyed a delicious ginger-infused sweet potato soup with a hint of curry for my starter, while my wife had pork belly with apricot sauce. For mains, I had a delicate white fish called coli with a bacon, peas, and cream sauce, and my wife had a complex risotto. Our desserts were a flambeau-like dish for me and a caramel dessert for her. Overall, everything was exceptionally good.
We recently had the best dining experience in a long time at this restaurant. We opted for the December menu at a set price of £32.50 for 3 courses, with some supplements for certain dishes. We enjoyed a Nosecco from the alcohol-free menu, which was delightful. The bread, offered several times, was delicious - either with pesto or pumpkin seed. The menu had excellent choices, and the food and service were outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.
We went to the restaurant on a peaceful Thursday afternoon. After a disappointing and pricey meal at Paisley restaurant the week before, this was exactly what we needed. Do yourself a favor and check out this excellent place. Sorry to the waiter who looks like Frankie Boyle, I'm sure he's heard that comparison way too often. Thanks for a delicious meal!
We had a super meal last night, it was a Fathers day gift from our daughters. The staff were so attentive and how the chef managed to prepare such delicious meals in that small kitchen in the window was amazing, the restaurant is quite small and has that old fashioned quaintness about it. We will return some time soon.

What a treat this was. After having enjoyed a nice single malt as aperitif the meals served here are of high quality. From starter to desert it was a true delight. The service was honest and not posh. This is a place to remember.
Was an included meal during a bus tour of the UK we just completed. This was a highlight of the trip, awesome location, great service and unbelievable meal!

Four of us had a great meal, reasonably priced and brilliant service. We would highly recommend and if in Glasgow again we'll definitely return.
