lot of pretence of the supervision of great chef MB but reality is disappointing. too much show, not enough on the details staff is friendly and hard working but there is something disorganized, they keep asking what you want to drink but take 20 minute to actually bring the first drink. details that your basic local steak house knows how to get right steak was nice but so much fat and bone around it that the 800g steak was actually very small for sharing In the same hotel there is an Italian restaurant that does a phenomenal ribeye which I thought was much better. so here is a top tip: if you are staying at the RitzCarlton and fancy a steak, go to italian restaurant Verona!!

Following a very disappointing dinner, we decided to return to this restaurant for lunch to give it another chance, and this time we were not disappointed at all. Our son had a cheeseburger and we both had the club sandwich, all very generous portions, beautifully presented and very delicious. We also shared a passion fruit panna cotta for desert which was amazing. From the moment we were seated Karim and his staff went above and beyond making this the most memorable lunch of our entire holiday. We would highly recommend and can only imagine that our previous experience must have been a one off.

La verdad es que es laSegunda vez que venimos. Nos ha encantado, el Servicio ha sido excelente. Especial mención al metre Rafael. Que lleva muchísima dedicación y mimo con los clientes, le hemos visto de lejos tratar con una pareja difícil y el comportamiento ha sido de Todo un profesional. La verdad es que merece muchísimo la pena venir a cenar aquí. Música exquisita y trato personalizo. Os lo recomendamos! Que de vacaciones hemos venido dos veces

Ante todo quisiera agradecer el magnifico trato recibido por todo el personal, son excepcionales, así se puede triunfar. Comida de alto nivel. Se debe tener en cuenta que la carta del almuerzo es distinta de la de la cena. Por poner una pega los precios de los vinos son algo elevados.

It was unfortunate that we had to overcome an unpleasant initial encounter with front of house staff regarding outside seating we had taken careful steps to arrange. But after that, the evening was most enjoyable with quality food and an efficient, helpful server.
