Just ten minutes later, the manager knocked on my door. He showed me his receipt for my order, and I showed him the order on my phone. His receipt was incorrect, which he acknowledged. I shouldn't be held responsible for that. He eventually gave me back £3, but just as I tried to close the door, he put his foot in the way and insisted on taking the chicken nuggets back, which my children were eating at the time. I had to tell him to leave or I'd call the police, and he finally backed off. This service was unacceptable. YOU made a mistake, not me.
