We arrived at 11:45 and there was only 1 waitress working the lunch shift and it appeared only 1 cook. Both employees were doing the very best they could but it was busy. I don’t understand how they could only have 1 server working at lunch time. It was almost 1 by the time I got out of there and we didn’t receive our appetizer until after we received our lunch. It was my first time here and I was not impressed.

This place was just ok. The food was average. I prefer the burgers at Red Robin. There is no ambiance at this location. The maple bacon old fashioned tasted strange. There was a bug crawling across our table that I was trying to get rid of while the waitress was standing there. She didn’t seem to notice or mind. My wife and I tried it because of a Travelzoo deal. I have no need to go back.

I learned about sushi stuff about 10 years ago and it's my fave sushi spot ever since. Always fresh, made to order and the consistency is on point every time I go. Plus his sooo reasonable! I love that they have reels that are just a few pieces so you can order a lot more variety and get more bang for your Buck! Something for everyone: if you're in the area, you need to check it

So disappointed! Umami has changed so much unfortunately : they don’t even have their special ketchup anymore cause for some reason they thought it would be great idea to make it vegan ketchup. I was literally so annoyed when I heard this as they had such a special ketchup. I’m not a fan of their new management. BRING BACK THE OLD UMAMI!!!

Very tasteful and refreshing. Especially in these temptations (115 f) it came to this place because it was the closest to the rose bowl. They are fast and I sat with 5 min even tho there was a line. Would recommend and return precaution. Good prices and edible foods

Our server appeared new to the job so we waited quite a long time to get straws, condiments and food. When our food finally arrived, after 30 minutes of wait time, our burgers were already cold.

Hostess/ waitress was sweet, we were having very open conversations, her recommending things etc, good environment, and food! The chicken sandwich is so good. Will be coming back again

Food was good but service was extremely slow despite almost no other customers. Building needs help, bathrooms iffy.

The burger albeit tasty was pricey. Service was good; kind of a noisy eatery. Probably won’t go back...
