This food truck served me the worst pizza I've ever had, ranking right up there with some of the worst pizza I've ever tasted. I came across this truck in Draper for food truck night and noticed they were using a nice wood stove to cook their pizzas, so I decided to give them a try. I noticed that they made square pizzas, which was a bit unusual, but square pizzas seem to be gaining popularity these days so I figured why not. However, the pizza was a huge disappointment. It tasted like school cafeteria pizza that had been cooked in a wood-fired oven several times. The crust lacked any depth of flavor, it was dense and flat with no crispy edges. it's the best pizza I ever had. there is only the correct amount of sauce and the pizza dough is indescribable. I wish I could give it to 5.000.000 stars. I could eat the rest of my life here a billion ten. I had the cheese pizza and it's amazing. (I don't know why people say it tastes like frozen pizza, but they are probably just jealous, they can't make so good of a pizza)

I highly recommend trying the pizza at this restaurant! As a pizza enthusiast, I was amazed by the delicious flavors of the vegetariana pizza without olives. The crust and cheese had the perfect texture and were very flavorful. Every ingredient tasted fresh and authentic. This is definitely my top choice for pizza in Salt Lake City.

We had their classic flavor, my husband usually hates Tomatoes but their flavor with cheese and the dough was so good and he also ate the Tomatoes on top, they had great service, and the pizza was a nice size for our sharing!
