sure the worst pizza I had from a food truck, down there with some of the worst pizza ever. this lkw came to draper for food truck night and I saw that she had fired a very nice wood stove, so naturally I would give them an attempt. I saw that they made square pizzas that is strange, but square discs are becoming more popular in these days, so I thought I would give it a try. dear man. this is essentially school cafeteria pizza, which has been laid in a wood fired many times. no deep of taste at all in the crust, it is just a flat dense brot with zero cornicione at all. the crust was so dense and she even pulled herself apart. the cheese was melted, but nothing browning at all. the bottom of the crust actually looked good. almost no sauce at all and certainly no taste of it. the lkw is very tidy and service was in order, but the pizza was really terrible. I wish I checked the reviews before I bought it. 11 dollar is a demolition. owner of Umani, please let me know if they want, I would think to buy their truck to make some semi-rigid out of it.
