All the conditions were met for a great evening and we were not disappointed. Very nice place in the heart of nature, welcome and good mood at the rendezvous. We made the choice to make a meal to share with aperitive boards and cheeses. The products are fresh, from the region and very good wine also. Special mention for desserts to fall on the ground. When the weather is on the date, go for a great time with your friends/families. (Cost of the evening: 130€ for 4 people in aperiod mode)
I often came to the Frémoire, for tastings, or meetings, in my previous profession. Tonight I came for a birthday, after discovering the place in a LinkedIn publication. What a pleasure to discover this seasonal restaurant. A lobster delight, and Pavlova. Great experiences, I recommend.
Discovered quite by chance during a Sunday hike on the other side of the Sèvre. We arrived thanks to a ferry that is active with a wheel and hop more than a climber to arrive at the Guinguette. An idyllic setting of Parisian prices but the board was super good.

A very nice place to spend a summer evening, dishes that delight as much eyes as taste buds. Point negative, prices of wines a little high.
A place of change, about ten minutes from Nantes. Quality kitchen, nice nutmeg card. A very good time!
Nice place with a view of the Sevre river. The Grape Juice (Jus de Raisin) is a must try.
