Food: the pizza here is very nice! It will arrive a little wet so you need to let it rest a bit and solidify. Normally this would be done in the kitchen but I was there on a Saturday and they were packed so they were sending food as they made it. Once rested, the pizza is packed with flavour!! Meaty, cheesy, hearty.. they hit all the marks. I gandered the other menus items and watched as they left the open kitchen but I would stay on the pizza menus, everything else looked irresponsible. The service is bad, unfriendly, and rushed but that’s what you can expect in a tourist town ready made for drunk, foreign, skiers. At the end of multiple days backpacking the Via Alpina with 1.6km daily elevation gain, their genuinely caring service and spot-on food were exactly the perfect conclusion. The tomato soup was literally perfect and the sorbets beautifully done! Note that this evaluation is from an American Culinary Federation professional Chef.
