I had a very disappointing birthday dinner here, which was surprising given how many people I know have enjoyed this restaurant. We made a reservation for indoors and when we showed up, the waitress directed us to a table inside. She did not walk us to the table, just pointed and said it 's the table at the end on the left. When we went to sit, a nearby waiter told us the table was reserved. I guess because he didn 't see the hostess, who really should have walked us to the table. Then the hostess came back and said that actually wasn 't our table so we had to get up. She took us outside, even when we showed that our reservation said inside. We sat outside and luckily it was nice. The music...
We dined here to celebrate our anniversary. We live in the area and have dined at Birravino but never tried Undici. It was a beautiful night and chose alfresco seating. The front area has interesting furniture made of carved wood. Their wine list offers an interesting selection of Italian wines from many of the regions. Food was very good. Fresh ingredients. Appetizers Eggplant crespelles- excellent, small portion Cheese Pizza with zucchini flowers Entrees Seafood risotto Gnochetti We had a very enjoyable dinner. It is an established gem in Rumson.
We enjoyed the most delicious meal recently at Undici. This is one of our favorite restaurants, and don’t mind the 40 minute drive to get there. Our server Oliver was knowledgeable and had wonderful suggestions for wine pairings. The Arancini appetizer was perfect , as was the bolongnese , and the seafood risotto. The atmosphere and food brought us back to our recent Italy vacation !
I enjoyed my meal so much on our last visit that I decided to come back for my birthday dinner. Service was excellent as was the food. Ambiance is warm, laid back- yet sophisticated. Appetizers Octopus carpaccio Burrata fritta Crespelle Entrees Polenta crusted salmon Melanzane Parmigiana It was a lovely evening and perfect way to celebrate my birthday.

Holy canoli (sorry for the corny but… really solid pizza place amongst some excellent Long Island pizza places. Super cute place super nice staff and wow delicious thin crispy crust. They have like ten different styles. Did mention delicious. Also got to love an owner that I gave a compliment to and he gave me two slices of “upside down “ Sicilian!
Compliments to the entire Undici Team. My daughter and I were there last night and earlier in the week. Each time everything was perfect. Andres was awesome. We sat at the bar. Had pizza, clams different pasta dishes and the Rallo Sangria. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We are looking forward to coming back next week Regards Greg Tumminia
I have gone here for years, probably dining here 25+ times. Every single time the food is fantastic. The design and decor is beautiful, and the restaurant is visibly pleasing. The food is truly authentic Italian cuisine, and the wine list is quite extensive. As well, I’d go as far as to say that this is the best restaurant in Rumson.
Although the meal wasn’t as anticipated … management addressed the concerns immediately with respect and understanding… which is appreciated by visitors, summer guest and local patrons alike. Thank you for doing the right thing! A special shout out to Joy (Front Desk) and Oliver (waiter) for going above and beyond naturally !!

Gotta give it up to Joy here. Came in on a Saturday night during the summer looking for a table. Joy made magic happen and got us an unbelievable table outside. Couldn’t be more happy with her and the whole experience!
