Unic Migjorn Ibiza Suites

we started with a beautiful chicken liver and thunfishtar, but after that everything was quite subduing. we had recommended a local wine from the waiter who was €45, but tasted like a 10 € bottle. also the prawn posidonia buzzed me all wrong, the garnelen tasted excessively fish (as garnel.) I really enjoyed the goat dish, but unfortunately I was the only person on a table of 4 who enjoyed this court. the baked cook has clear some skills, because all desserts were amazing. the personal was also beautiful so that we had a good night.

a unique setting, a kitchen that uses local products and containers of island artists. harmony between sea and land. friendly and attentive staff. on the 14 dishes difficult to make a choice. I loved meats, without touching on sweet, desserts, surprising to sight and taste. It's gotta be a detour. Bravo to the brothel.

Sólo puedo decir increíble. Tomamos el largo menú degustación. a cada plato que pruebes ibiza en todos los platos, además de un servicio impecable, una de las cosas que más obtuve fue poder conocer la historia de cada plato y lo que el chef se había basado en hacerlo. No sé cómo la estrella todavía no lo tiene.

this place is absolutely spiritual. the service, the presentation, the concept and above all the aromen were all we have ever experienced in ibiza. it is hard to choose a favourite dish, because everything was perfect.

increíble menú de degustación. De lo mejor que he probado y por supuesto lo mejor de la zona. Gente súper atentiva y súper amable.
