Terrible experience. Employee taking order was not concentrating on order and I had to repeat the order several times. While waiting..... tick tockAnother customer complained their fries were cold and the kitchen staff laughed behind her back. Another customer got chicken nuggets the size of nickels and asked where the rest was for the price. She also specified to keep certain condiments off of her food for allergic reasons for her daughter. She left and came back and sure enough the exact condiment was on the food and the employees did not take it seriously. We frequently travel through Arthur on our way to the cottage, and typically stop at Union Burger to grab a quick bite. Over the past year, we have noticed the quality and amount of food in steady decline at this location. Burgers are smaller than they were (although prices remain the same or higher). At our last visit in March, my husband ordered onion rings with his combo for an upcharge. When we got our food, there were three - yes 3 - onion rings in the container. Small to average sized rings at that. He left still hungry and we went next door to Pita Pit to get him something else to eat. The sign on the door says Under New Management which implies better than it used to be. One can only imagine how bad that must have been then. Over-Priced and Tasteless. I couldn't even finish. It was like eating cardboard. The woman's bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor. Overflowing garbages and dirty. But the worst and inexcusable in my opinion was the 500 ml soap dispenser that was empty! First off it's a food place! And I can't wash my hands after using the bathroom?! Secondly, how long must it have taken to go through that much soap ?! And not one employee thought or bothered to fill it?? Is there soap at the sink they use after using the bathroom???!!Disgusting. We've been to this location many times with no issues. However, our last visit was extremely disappointing. It seems that they have greatly reduced the amount of toppings on the hamburgers. We thought they had made a mistake. I ordered the veggie burger and the goat cheese was non existent on it no to mention, there was half of a tomatoe slice. My husband ordered jalapeños as a topping and there was only one on his burger. When I approached the manager, I told him that the hamburgers look nothing like what they advertise on their menu. He said that I shouldn't go based on the pictures on the menu......what?!? They are cutting costs in the wrong area and we won't be back for this reason.

Stopped in on our way up to Collingwood. I ordered the mushroom melt and my husband got a regular burger. Burger hardly had any mushrooms on it, pale looking lettuce and one soggy tomato. I went to ask for some mustard since the burger was very bland tasting and I was told it would be an extra charge. Really?! For a free topping? I said no forget about it. Also I've been to union burger in London and the burgers there are bigger. My husband's burger was also bland. Next time I'm going to pita pit.

Very under staffed when we went in.. lots of dirty floors and tables. Food order took forever. All of this could be fixed with more staff.1/4 pound patty sure shrunk . Toppings were lacking, and rush done.Taste of the food was OK not great.Price was fine for what you get.*Fries, looked like I got the last scoop in the container, all bits of over cooked!Some days good some days bad

They have cut their menu down a lot from before...no steak on a bun anymore. We ordered burgers of course and they were nothing special other then they were fresh. We also ordered poutine and it was really lacking cheese...bit a pieces but no chunks of cheese at all...and short of the gravy also.

Price was good, food was good and the service was fine. Nothing outstanding but it really was pretty good. I was surprised that it's licensed.

stopped here on a turn and burn to St Marys, service was fast, burger was good, price was right they do serve beer here

If I wasn't so hungry I'd throw it out. Not sure its a real beef patty or not. Fries aren't too bad.
