Uniquisine - Reserva de mesa

Das Uni Quisine ist ein einzigartiges Bijou in der Zentralschweiz! Das Restaurant befindet sich in einer umgebauten Wohnung und dementsprechend klein und persönlich. An einem Abend (nur Do, Fr Sa geöffnet) können so maximal 18 Gäste nach Reservation mit einem 5 oder 7 Gang Menü bekocht werden.Die Speisen sind qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau und sehr kreativ und spannend zusammengestellt. Wir haben uns an diesem Abend für den 7 Gänger entschieden und bekamen zusammen mit den 3 Amüse Bouches und dem Pre Dessert insgesamt mehr als 10 Servings. Evtl. würde es das nächste Mal auch der 5 Gänger reichen obwohl so auf 2 schöne Gänge verzichtet werden müsste ....Die Weinauswahl ist hochwertig und die...

Absolutely top-notch! A culinary experience unparalleled. A must-visit for every gourmet. We dined there for the second time in quick succession, and the only thing that remained the same was the bread served at the beginning. Every dish was 100% new and delightful. Vegetarian options: Simply brilliant, was not mentioned the chef conjured something up for us, I've never experienced anything like this before! Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is in a residential building the layout is like someone's home so very nice and familiar but to a very high standard Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to use the locations without any problems, I am handicapped myself.

An absolutely amazing experience. Taken in the beautiful room, looking over the shoulder of the chef at his wonderful job and being served with a lot of attention by the hosts. Every course is a poem for the eyes, nose and palate. Christoph conjures up culinary delights en mas on the table and surprises with beautifully prepared dishes. UNIQUE in Switzerland. Christoph Oliver and his team gave us an unforgettable gourmet experience. In the beautiful restaurant, with a view of the kitchen, we enjoyed the wonderful 7-course menu. The plates are lovingly decorated, the creations are exclusive and always surprising. The service is friendly and attentive. Absolutely top class and definitely recommended!

It was a wonderful, paradisiacal experience. The cuisine was creative and the flavor combinations are amazing. Master Agron in service also provided perfect service!! Every gourmet should experience Uniquisine once. EXCELLENT!
