My girlfriend and I were in the area looking for a place to grab a cocktail and possibly small bites while catching up. Unit B ended up being the perfect place to do all three. The original Unit B is in Ft. Lauderdale. This Unit B is located in Pembroke Gardens but I never noticed them before. Compared to the other establishments on the street, they were dark and quiet. This place is absolutely ideal for a nightcap. My husband and I chose it for our date night, and it exceeded our expectations. The ambiance is sultry and intimate, with a perfect blend of dim lighting, great music at just the right volume, and a variety of seating options, including bar seating, cozy couches, and tables. My wife and I had the most amazing evening out at Unit B Eatery Spirits. We had a later reservation and never felt rushed. The atmosphere was so inviting. Easily one of the most beautiful restaurants in South Florida. Every dish felt like it was prepared by a Michelin Star Chef... Bravo Chef Douglas. ? Open table showed a few reservations available for New Years Eve. We booked it. When we showed up, the restaurant was closed. Apparently Unit B and Opentable are confused about when the place is open or not. My family scrambled and were able to get another reservation at a place nearby. Pretty upsetting. Stepping into this place is an experience in itself. The drinks are fantastic, and the atmosphere is perfect. I’ll definitely return again and again, all thanks to Gabe. He not only crafts the best cocktails but also creates a wonderful vibe. I plan to come back as often as I can because of him! Highly recommended!

This is the place! If it cocktails 5 stars ! If your looking for the most extensive list of whiskey and bourbon in the area, 5 star! I can't believe I talk about the food last but it really is also 5 star. Get the Monetlone , a bao bun , steak and finish with some bourbon, perfect night . Cheers

Never wrote a review before. I am local to the Pembroke Pines and I just walked out of unit B. We entered just to explore a different place. Now I can tell that the food here is the best, and the wonderful Jodi made us feel very special. I am ppy havin a place like this in Pembroke Lakes
