Today, I ordered an iced coffee with soy milk at United Petroleum North Hobart (Pie Face). It took 15 minutes to prepare, and the staff struggled to find a straw, which delayed me by another 5 to 10 minutes. Honestly, this is the worst coffee I’ve ever had. They definitely need to train their barista properly. This experience made my morning quite dull. I’m giving one star because there is no lower rating. The menu could really use some improvement as well.
This place is meant to be a convenience store, but it's completely lacking in basic essentials. No bread or quick grab-and-go items, just overpriced milk—if they even have it. If you’re willing to spend $55 on a cheesecake, then this is the spot. Otherwise, keep a few loaves in your freezer or head down the street to the Brooker BP, which offers a much better selection and better coffee.
