Uno Tea House participates in Fivestars, and if not for that, I certainly wouldn't have even heard of this tea house on the southeast corner of Rosecrans and Downey. While scrolling through the Fivestars app, I saw that Uno Tea House had a reward for first-time customers: free size upgrade on your first visit! Hey why not? After parking my car, I saw there was quite a bit of construction in the area; a good portion of the parking lot was fenced off, and at first, I thought Uno Tea House was closed. Avoid this place if you know what good boba and tea is. First let me start off by saying I stopped by on a Wednesday evening, went to the restroom before ordering my drink. I should have left after seeing the restroom. There was p all over the toilet. And I'm talking the sides of the toilet was filled with it as if the toilet has never been cleaned. The place was empty, so you're telling me no one could have went to the restroom and tried cleaning it? I should have left I'm telling you because this just proves how lazy these people are. Since I used the restroom I felt like I had to buy something because restroom is for customers only. I wanted grass jelly but they had none so I got egg cust...
As a Thai tea enthusiast, I’m always on the lookout to try different varieties. While I wasn't sure about the sweetness level of the tea, it was still enjoyable. The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the indoor space is both clean and spacious. I really appreciated the option for a mega-sized drink, perfect for when I'm in the mood for more than the usual serving. The prices are reasonable, and since it was my first visit, I received a 10% discount. The large drink I ordered was just over $5, which I think is a fair price for a milk tea without boba. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely return. Keep up the great work, everyone! See you soon!
Poor customer service. They only had one employee who claims he is the manager. I waited 20 minutes because two customers ahead of me, when it came to my turn I ordered 4 drinks and another customer came in and he stopped with my drinks gave them there drink. I asked him why did she get her order before me? He told me because she only ordered one. Then another customer came and he completed there order before ours. When he was done, I told him that it was rude to not complete our order first since we were there first. He then said that I was entitled and was rude. Drinks were Ok, but don't buy more than one drink because you will be skipped.

Never Again! I found it on Yelp was so excited about it being self serve but Probably the worst boba shop I've been to. It looked Nothing like it looked on Yelp idk if the pandemic is blamed for that or not. Definitely not clean and all the drinks tasted really bad and weird like they were old. Should've just went to a boba spot in Downey.
The staff members were not very friendly; they appeared to be upset and seemed unwelcoming toward customers. If they dislike interacting with the public, it raises the question of why they are working in a customer service-oriented business.
Their drinks are really good! Unfortunately, they are always understaffed when I visit. If you're willing to wait a while for drinks, it may be worth it.
Always quick and nice service with many topping options that you can get yourself. Also many flavors of smoothies, juices, and teas.
