rude, rude and rude. they would think that if they are a shop owner serving a medium (best) and overpriced cup coffee, they would treat customers with something gratitude; I was not directly affected by this, but I have seen the owner of this screaming and screaming customers at several places while my coffee drink for such petty; I've never seen anything like this. I had it. the owner of this shop is so rude that I put my business and my money at another place and at least into a coffee shop that doesn't make its customers feel strange and unpleasant, while only enjoying a cup coffee - they go to their own risk.

Extremely rude service. You would think that a shop owner serving a mediocre (at best) and overpriced coffee would show some appreciation for their customers. While I haven't experienced it myself, I've witnessed the owner yell at customers over trivial matters while I was there enjoying my coffee. I've never seen anything like it. I've had enough; this owner's behavior is so off-putting that I'm taking my business and money elsewhere—preferably to a coffee shop where customers can relax without feeling uncomfortable. Proceed at your own risk.

I haven't visited this restaurant too often (less than ten times), but I felt compelled to write a review after hearing that Downtown Howell has won the Great American Main Street Award. This place has a certain charm, and I always left with a smile on my face. I picked this spot for my first date with my husband a few years ago, as it was conveniently located between Brighton and Lansing. He even proposed to me in this coffee shop! Whenever we return to Michigan, we make it a point to stop by. Highly recommend!

The best coffee and service in Michigan! It's a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you find yourself in Howell, this is definitely a place to check out. And just like many others, you can even have your wedding here!

This was my first time in Howell and I needed a place to warm up and get my bearings. The staff was so nice and I got a delicious Decaf Mocha in no time. Will definitely stop every visit to Howell.
