Urban Burger - Reserva de mesa

Good food, what bothered me was the customer service. Left a bag in there filled with Valentines gifts, called to ask if they saw anything. They said no. I went back in to see for myself and asked one of the workers (blonde hair) and she said she had thrown it out. I asked her if she can get it, I even apologized myself, I understand it’s a bit annoying to get something out the garbage. She hardly checked and said she can’t find it, even though she admitted to throwing it out. So I had to get it myself, when I left they proceeded to laugh. Really don’t appreciate the way I was treated. Really don’t appreciate them throwing the bag out without holding onto it to see if anyone would come claim...

this restaurant is byob and has a cozy, artistic atmosphere with good music. I love that it comes with a selection of sweet potato or regular fries. their rolls are good and right with the fried pickles. unfortunately the last few paints I went service was super slow and we can not tap on card. I didn't like the brie burger at all with a veggie patty, maybe it would taste better with an impossible burger, but it's an extra two dollar.

The burger was decent but the presentation was deceiving. I ordered the wicked blue burger and it looked nothing like the photo. Even on Yelp, the pictures showed a different, larger burger. What I received was a small burger with a thin patty and only one onion ring instead of three. The photo should accurately represent what customers actually get.

bring their own bottle and enjoy the food and put them vibe again. I visited with one of my friends and we had a great time. I'll be back soon. it's a small space, so they don't expect easy available seating during the rush hours. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a wonderful experience in urban burger! I was supervised by the server nicole, she was the best and made it really a wonderful experience! the service was great, eating was amazing I will surely come back!

eating was disgusting. the chicken was burned and the service was not good. tables were dirty. overall no good experience. lack of taste and had to add salt to the frits, even taste remote good. venerable

The experience at this restaurant was underwhelming. The burger patty lacked flavor, the corn poppers were bland, and the Porky Sour Cream Fries were just okay, nothing special.
