During my recent visit to this establishment, I encountered a troubling issue. It seems that there is a lack of accountability among the staff. While I understand that many workers here are young, possibly high school or early college students, what I found particularly frustrating was the adult manager who appeared to be too friendly with them, raising some red flags for me.

This is a one-time visit for us. The toddler area is crowded with older kids who push around the younger ones. The slides had a noticeable smell of urine, and unfortunately, that also transferred to our clothes and car seat on the way home. I really don't understand what all the hype is about.
I brought my niece's and nephew and they all had a great time! Everyone was super nice and accommodating. My niece needed some help on the rope course and one of the workers came out and helped her several times. We will definitely be back!

Great place for kids to have a good time. Zip line, rock climbing, bumper car, trampoline. Great package deals if the kids don't want to try all the activities.
The one in Long Island is really nice a lot to do . I took my son here for a little birthday activity with his friends and family it was nice
This is a fantastic spot for kids and families! My son had a wonderful birthday celebration here, and we absolutely love this place.

Very unorganized place when hosting birthday parties. The games are a ripoff. Likely not come back again.
