This is a great restaurant to visit in the Summit Shopping Center. The personnel were delightful. The cashier offered to put a sauce on the side which turned out to be a big bonus as it was quite spicy. They also allowed substitutions on the sides. The food is plentiful and fresh. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and your food is delivered to the table. The servers roam through the area asking if you need anything and taking your dirty dishes. This is definitely a place I plan to return.
In town on business and asked my customer for a lunch recommendation healthy food.. They both told me to go to Urban (a quick 10 minute walk). They were right! Had a salad with Applewood bacon and grilled chicken. Outstanding! The staff were all upbeat and caring for a packed house. I strolled over for lunch after visiting the Civil Rights Institute. The atmosphere was delightful, the staff was friendly, and the food was great at a reasonable price. I had the Cubano, which I really enjoyed, while my wife ordered the Chicken Salad.
When I tell you...Mark his staff is OUTSTANDING!!Of course I let them know almost every visit weekly...Sorry to say, but they make those guys next door look like amateurs. They should take notes...Keep up the GREAT work?????

The steak sandwich was delicious as was the strawberry lemonade! My only suggestion is to add a few appetizers and perhaps suggest items to new guests. I would have liked to try more.
The food was Amazing with a very friendly staff I was pleasantly surprised at the quality as it did not take long to arrive I loved it and would definitely return
First time there and I liked the food. Very hot and spicy perfect for this time of year with this weather. Definitely would go back again!
The portion sizes are reasonable, and the prices are affordable. The food is delicious and well-balanced. The service is fast and polite.
