Urban Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Horrible taste of food here. Rude staff. If you as a customer see some pizza in the oven getting ready, they won't let you order from that. I wanted to order slices from Margherita that was sitting in the oven but I was told that it'd take 20min to come out (with a raised voice) and if I'd like to wait. Of course, I settled for the veggie pizza slices sitting on the counter. The moment I walked away after paying and getting my slices they pulled out the Margherita from the oven so the 20min thing was a lie.I know such stores have to try to push already baked slices out but don't make it so obvious and be so rude while you're at it.
