Urban Pizza - Reserva de mesa

The pizza crust was undercooked and partially raw, resulting in it being so thin that it broke down on one side of the box. The toppings and cheese had slid off and were stuck to the cardboard. The staff apologized, but did not offer a solution. The restaurant also apologized, but did not replace or refund the pizza. If they do not believe my assessment, they should read the next review which mirrors my experience. It may be beneficial to address these issues and strive for better quality through feedback. Unfortunately, the pizzas and service did not meet expectations.

I have been ordering pizza from Urban over many years. Management or owners must have changed! I was disappointed once, gave it another try today but the pizza are not edible. The cheese is greasy and chewy like a chewing gum... No way this is Mozzarella! I had half a slice and threw the whole pizza. I called the manager... he said that's the usual cheese we use! Sorry guys no more orders from me!

The scorpion paprika dish had a generous amount of paprika but a small amount of cheese and sauce, making it feel like they had forgotten something. The biscuity, cracker-like base reminded me of eating a salad. The garlic bread was nicely presented and tasty.

Read the review. Don't make a big deal about it. The edges are a bit dry and crusty, but overall it's enjoyable. Only $16 and just as good, if not better, than a $21 meal elsewhere. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had supreme meatlovers pizzas tonight. Both were delicious, and arrived hot as delivery was so quick! We ordered at 6:00pm and it was delivered by 6:30pm!

moving to new place can be hard what makes it worse is when you find multiple great places to eat. will be back for more pizza in the future, excellent pies

Order online. It’s $4 cheaper than calling ahead to pick up…Pretty much tasteless.Regret giving this place another go.
