This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I've already discovered my new favorite spot. The menu is outstanding, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. We felt like celebrities being treated to top-tier service. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our seats. Zach assisted us at the checkout and offered helpful suggestions when I was unsure about what to order. The prices are very reasonable. The vibe is relaxed, yet the quality of the food and the level of service rival those of an upscale restaurant. I can't say enough good things about this place! How have I never been here before? I've definitely been missing out!
The service here is so fast and courteous. Zach was amazing at getting us taken care of efficiently and kindly! The food is delicious. I always get the Grass Fed Steak because it is a great meal size and the sides are delicious. Everyone always greets us with a smile especially Zach! The ambiance is always a vibe and I love coming here with my friends! The patio is especially beautiful with the string lights and seating for everyone! If you need a place to bring the whole family, it is definitely here! Thanks again to the whole staff but especially Zach!
Urban Plates by far has best food great team members! I'm obsessed with their salads! I always customize it to my preferences I am greeted w/ a smile as they always accommodate my order! Today Zach who took our order was patient kind as I rattled off my favorite items for my salad changing almost everything! He had a smile even made suggestions for my husbands salad! Shout out to Urban Plates! I could eat here every night with the their diverse yummy selection of food!!! Great atmosphere too! Shout out to Zach again!
Came in for lunch today. It was busy, but the line to order moved quickly and we had no trouble finding a table. Food was very good and Sandy was so sweet to offer my toddler a free cookie! Definitely made his day!!

Absolutely last time I come here. Third time I had to return the food for various reasons. This time, the meat was raw and still cold in the middle. Super overpriced for what you get and rude staff.
This location has become our go-to spot. Great food and even better service! Leeann has helped us several times and always makes us feel like we've left with a great experience.
