If it wasn 't for the fantastic wait staff and the outstanding bartender this would be 1 star. And, honestly, if the food was half as good as my Old Fashioned this would be a 4 star review. Hats off to Karl he takes his mixology seriously and the two old fashioneds where as good or better than the best I have ever had. From the moment I entered I felt welcomed and everyone was super nice and quick to help. And, then there was the food. I ordered the Ribeye medium rare with a side of broccoli. It took a while to get seated after we walked in as they are clearly understaffed. I think we only saw 3 employees total in about 1,5 hours that we were there. However, our waitress Lavonda ? was excellent and probably deserves a raise or at least a bonus for all her hard work. Our food was great, the steak was perfectly cooked, no complaints whatsoever. Our experience was better than expected after taking a while to be seated. I would definitely recommend them and I hope they get some help soon.

The staff at this restaurant is amazing and consistently provides excellent service. I must give a special mention to our server, Monet, who was incredibly courteous, kind, and attentive. It is clear that she genuinely cares about providing great service. My wife and I were very impressed with her. The food has always been fantastic every time we have dined here. We have no complaints.

The restaurant's online menu listed a larger variety of food items than what was actually available in person. They had only three starter options, no filet or porterhouse steak, and only three choices for non-steak entrees. The food was mediocre, and my husband's steak was significantly undercooked. Exceeded expectations! We ordered the Shanghai Shrimp and Bourbon Chicken. Both were delicious. Food was very fresh and well cooked. Margie our server was excellent! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my fellow coworkers and friends. Great job!

After being in Michigan for a week for work I decided to treat myself to a steak dinner. The service was amazing there were only two ladies working the front but they got it done! I had french onion soup, a steak and a potato all were fabulous!

We had great service by Margie! I was surprised that a Holiday Inn had a good restaurant. The Shanghai Shrimp was delicious. The homemade ranch dressing for the fresh veggie salad hit the spot. Bourbon Chicken was spot on as well.

They were definitely busy and all the staff hustled. Food was good. Came out hot !! Not sure why there are bad reviews?? Would definitely return. and having a good timr.

Nice staff (during my visit). Decent service but the food is just not worth the price. Had the onion soup, New York strip.
