When you call in your order, they tell you 15min. So you get there, expecting to pay, get your order and be gone a process that shouldn't take more than 5min.NOT HERE! I called in 20pc catfish order told it would be ready in 15min. I wait 15min before I leave. I get there and paid. I looked back to the fryers the man is just putting my fish in! The lady who took my payment just turns and walks away. I figured she's going to a warmer to get my food. I wait 5min n knocked on the window. The lady comes back, I asked if that was my fish in the fryer n she said no that they had another order. I asked where mine was she told me she would be right back she was gonna go get it. The chicken is pretty good and the catfish is pretty good and the prices are pretty good, but they need to hire more people or something, it takes so long to get your food.
