Had food from here a few times usually no problem at all But due to the incompetence of the person answering the phone I had a disaster of a kebab, I wanted it plain with a pot of bbq sauce for my husbands food and a pot of mint sauce for me to dip my lamb into….. oh no the stupid person put the bbq mint sauce on my kebab together yuck!! I rang a bit angry I must admit to ask what they gonna do to rectify the mistake and she said well you can order more pots of sauce…. What!!!! They ruined the kebab that I paid for, but didn’t offer to do me a fresh kebab, the numpty.
Lovely people who run this place, called here not long ago to order food which was lovely) and there was a man cooking a pasta dish that smelled out of this world, after ordering I asked him what was that delicious smell he was cooking and he put a portion out for me to take home, totally didn'texpect it. He said he was making his dinner,turned out it was pasta, peppers and herbs ect and it was the best I've ever tasted and I love to cook, it was so nice of him to give it to me for free!!. Clean place and welcoming staff.
I've ordered a couple of meals lately and have found that the order I placed is not what I've ordered ether the size is wrong or it's missing all the sauce I've ordered with the meals. Even though the meals were enjoyable. I wish they could get it right for once. I've only just started buying my meals from the USA after a long period of absence. Please get things right in the future.

Ordered not long ago. Firstly they overcharged me. Wasn’t by a lot but not the point. Then when the food came, the chips were cold. Paid extra for cheese on the chips and was a pinch full. Bun must of been toasted for a second, just crumbled when picked up. Veg wasn’t fresh. Won’t be ordering from there again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
USA Fried chicken is currently still open and running and isn’t closing down , we had technical issues regarding this profile saying that we are permanently closed which we are not. Please do not think that we are closed we are open as usual. Thank you
