I eat in many places in town. Most are good, UTAGE is really good. In my business I get to watch how they sometimes prepare the food and see how they love what this is doing is the best part. We ordered the pork soup and pork soup. We arrived at a weekday at noon, there was no waiting time. Breadh is so light and clean, but packed with umami taste. Very generous and proportionate with the ingredients and servings: Daikon, Proteins, Veges. You will get the opportunity to update your dish in a meal that comes with salad and dessert, but we were super satisfied with the large bowl and rice. I will definitely try the other Okinawan food again. This place is a hidden gem. If you're a soup lover like me, you'll enjoy it!
Came here after shopping with my mom at the market place in city square. We have eaten here a few times before. I decided to try the shoyu pork don since it had egg on it, I usually will get the plain shoyu pork or tempura. Shoyu pork don came out in a timely manner, it was hot. The shoyu pork was soft, the rice and egg had soaked up the sauce that they put the pork in. Only thing for me is that it was a little on the sweeter side than I would like. Reserva una mesa ahora
We usually come here often and most time on a Friday, always welcoming and very friendly staff, food is always good here and that's what I base my reviews on especially if you eat the same thing. It shouldn't taste different from the last. They're always coming up with new dishes and desserts. Prices are reasonable and portions are good as well. Reservations not recommended but check before cause they can get busy at times.
Eating is a bit expensive with inflation, so these dishes were about $22. We have a soup and a rice dish. The schoyu pig was pretty good, but a little dry and the noodles were pretty good and the pig that came with that was not so dry. I think next time I would try some other dishes if we came back, as the other stuff seemed pretty good.
