My experience at Uyee Sushi was very disappointing. I used to come here with friends and my wife, but after today’s visit and the way the manager handled the situation, I won’t be coming back. I ordered my usual sushi dish, but it tasted burnt this time, something my wife also noticed. When I told the waitress, she brought over the manager, who was completely unhelpful and just said "sushi." The sushi was terrible, with a strong burnt flavor that not even the spicy mayo could cover. What upset me the most was the manager’s indifferent attitude and refusal to apologize for the poor quality. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. This place is almost several restaurants in one they have a sushi bar, a hibachi room, and a standard dining room. I can only speak to the latter so far, but the service is good and the dining room is nicely spacious if a little dark. They have a HUGE menu, so you can expect there to be something for everyone's taste. The miso soup was incredibly flavorful a surprise for this staple. The salmon tempura is well fried and not too greasy, although it needed a lot of the tempura sauce to be flavorful enough. It's a solid choice if you're looking for something different from the many, many chain restaurants in the area.
The hibachi lacked flavor, the chicken was undercooked, and the noodles were tough. The kani salad tasted strange and contained no real crab meat—just cucumbers and a small piece of crab stick. We informed the waitress, but they still charged us and said they couldn’t take it back, only offering an apology. This place used to be great with excellent customer service, but it has really gone downhill.
i've been going here for years. sushi is always good and fresh. i sat at the hibachi table for the first time and it was amazing! great show and food tasted SO good. ordered an alcoholic drink and it was pretty strong! usually they try and water drinks down, not at this place! well worth the money. it doesn't look like much from the outside but don't be fooled. great place!

I've been visiting U-Yees for over 10 years now, and it has never let me down. Whenever I'm in town, I always make it a point to stop by for a Sapporo, Volcano roll, and Crab Lover roll. Even though prices have increased at many places, their prices have stayed nearly the same. Don't miss the chance to dine here; it's one of my favorite restaurants!
Came out to celebrate an 18th birthday specifically asked to be seated with adults but the manager insisted on seating us with 3 very young kids. Fully understand they want to fill up each table but as a party of 3 we should've been accommodated! This was extremely disappointing to say the least.
Always an amazing experience here! Begin with some fresh, tasty sushi rolls, then enjoy a hibachi-style dinner. While the hibachi show can feel repetitive if you’ve seen it before, the overall experience remains fantastic. And don’t miss the garlic noodles—they’re so much better than fried rice!
Sushi is very fresh. I sat at the sushi bar but they also have a dinning area hibachi room. They do have a small bar serve alcohol here. Service was friendly very quick. I got the lunch special- your choice of 3 rolls soup or salad.
