0/5 service. Workers were hidden in the kitchen chatting loudly and we had to speak quite loudly over the counter to get their attention and seat us. They are quite slow and forgetful. We asked for tea and they never brought it we had to help ourselves. They also forgot an order. Never checked on us ether. We even asked for more tea as it was out and it took so long for them we gave up waiting.3.5/5 food. Overall tasty but relatively small portions for price in comparison to other Vietnamese restaurants. Always amazing service. The staff is so warm and friendly even when they are swamped with orders. The food is so delicious, and always amazing dining experience as most of their orders are to go. The good is fresh and delicious! For sure a go to spot for some tasty vegan dishes, and for those who aren't vegan the food is still amazing, a person wouldn't even know.Vegetarian options: Almost everything is veganParking: Street parking using meters have to have coins, No parking app to pay for parking.

Affordable quick options. Not much on ambiance and does not accept credit so bring cash or debit card. All vegan except they use real shrimp. Would be nice if they had more gluten free options. The first time I went staff told me everything but the bread was gf, unfortunately this is untrue, the fake meat products have gluten in them, so use discretion when ordering.

Food is good. Do not know why options say vegan while served with chicken. Food itself is good and lots of Vietnamese/asian classics for affordable pricesFood attendent/cashier got our order wrong. There was another review in thread below that mentioned the same thing happened to them. Just be clear with them when giving an order as some menu items sound the same Reserva una mesa ahora

I 've had their sandwiches and their vegan pho. Not being a vegan I wanted to try something different. It was definitely different. Very organic tasting...(simple but clearly food like chunks of carrot and cauliflower).Mostly like the vibe of the new west experience.

Absolutely delicious. I had the vegan lemon grass chicken baguette for take out. It was so good I walked back to get a salad roll.Friendly atmosphere and fair pricing as well.Definitely recommend

Delicious food, punching through with flavours! We had the combo (pho and salad rolls), ginger vegan chicken banh mi, lemongrass banh mi! Affordable, healthy, tasty and very kind staff.

The noodles and pho are so delicious omg. Salad rolls and peanut sauce are sooo good too. I got the vegan lemongrass chicken one
