Valentin Fine Dining Weinbar

Previous reviews do not reflect what we experienced. Upon entering restaurant on a Friday evening at 19:00h the place was empty, and our first thought was to immediately leave. We were invited to the garden which was behind the restaurant, again found the tables empty except 2 couples besides ourselves. The garden area was completely uninviting, unkept and in need of repairs. The 2 person waiting staff was friendly but inexperienced. We ordered a 3 course menu and although each course was decorated to please the eye, nothing was complimentary or tasty... we were also served dishes we didn’t order which made our dining experience last over 3 hours long. Very refined versions of classical German dishes using local, biologically produced ingredients. Intensive flavours, unusual combinations, tasteful presentation, attentive service in a pleasant ambience (we had an afternoon meal on the beautiful terrace behind the restaurant). It's not cheap and the portions are not large but it's definitely worth it for those seeking an alternative to the touristic fare of Lindau.

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Lindau. The food is throughtfully and creatively cooked. It is not gimmcky but authentic. The ingredients are of excellent quality. And the service is excellent, specifically, Mr. Siebert, the waiter, makes the evening even more pleasant with his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.

The Food was great no doubt about it. But for such a “classy” place and high prices, the service should give much better guidance of their concept. They just assumed everything in clear and do not recommend or explain. For people that are not from Lindau, and I assume a lot are not, it is not the best experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

it is a stylish and beautiful restaurant. in 2020 they have a Michelin star. we ordered a fish that was baked in salt. it was served directly from the many, the salt was removed just before serving. it was with many beside dishes and olive oil. the price was normal for the class.

the best enemy experience in lindau. the super decorated eating was like an art on canvas. weeping was apt and at the point. the service was friendly, friendly and knowledgeable. they explained everything in detail. I'm looking forward to my next visit. highly recommended.

all menu is created by the owners, some incredible taste and combination, ex ziegenkäse eis, avocado eis. the service is the best in the world, so faithful and attentive to details. highly recommended if you want to try something new and fresh

the garden they have behind them, where they grow their sweet is simply wonderful to eat. eating is really good, the staff is nice. only that is that it is a bit expensive, but unlike that everything is perfect. Reserva una mesa ahora
