I’ve been in your restaurants, many times , and other Valentine restaurants, but this restaurant at promenade, Saint Bruno I’ve never seen the portions of french fries like this !? barely fill the little carton box . In many other of your restaurants. the fries fall over onto the tray. And it’s not like you did not raise your prices you’re getting cheap with the french fries. Terrible! After receiving my french fries, I asked the woman is that a full size small fry she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I went to buy a poutine, and the employee served the customer who ordered after me before serving me. I simply told the older male clerk that I had placed my order before this customer and that I would like them to start my order. He responded very rudely, saying, “Some things take longer to cook than others,” even though the fryer was full of fries. He then looked at me with an aggressive demeanor. Honestly, it was a huge lack of professionalism. He was mean for no reason. I will never buy from here again. However, I would like to thank the cashier and the lady who served me.

It was a complete disaster. The staff was completely disorganized, but it's not entirely their fault; they seem to lack proper training. They genuinely tried their best. One of them didn't even know what an English muffin was or what type of sausage is typically used in a sausage sandwich. To the owner, I urge you to train and support your employees better. They also struggled with the cash register. Here’s to hoping for improved teamwork with your customers in the future!

Service très long, donc la nourriture était froide, caisière sans façon, cuisinière avec un bandeau impolie, un cuisinier sans filet pour les cheveux et deux sans filet pour les barbes, les cuisinières avec leur bijoux et avec de faux ongles je me demande serieuesement pourquoi j ai commande là merci. Poutine et hot dog traditionnels, bonnes frites. La sauce a poutine est bonne. Pour moi, c'est des classiques, rien à redire! Les prix sont bons aussi malgré l'inflation. Par contre, ça ne ferait pas de mal aux employés de se montrer plus souriants et accueillants.

J’ai commandé par uber , j’ai reçu une poutine sans fromage , mes hot dog avait pas donion et erreur aussi dans les hot dog de ma copine , sur une livraison de 50 il a 7erreur !

Bon service, belle équipe. Très rapide et un des endroit avec les prix les plus raisonnables dans les promenades malgrés les hausses de prix qu'on voit partout.

Bon, sans être wow, manque un peu de sauce dans mon burget, ce qui fait que c'était un peu sec, frites ok et bon service rapide.

The food was very disappointing! The fries were undercooked and the chicken was burnt. I definitely won’t be coming back.
