I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of your staff members on Friday evening. My brother and I were at the restaurant playing the pokies and Keno when I asked him to get me a coke. The staff member rudely informed him that it was his third drink and he would have to pay for his next one. This was said very loudly, causing my brother, who has a speech problem and struggles to communicate, a great deal of embarrassment.
