Varanese - Reservar una mesa

Their customer care stinks. While the service and food (eventually) was good their treatment of customers isn't. After spilling the entrée on me, they acted as if that was my fault. The manager did not come to check on us until much later and when he did he had the idea the spill was my fault. No offer to comp desert and no real apology.

we visited this restaurant due to the favorable rating of a friend. we were a party of three who all ate fish. the dishes were average or under the restaurant seems to be a place that people go for meat, so maybe what makes it popular? we will not return.
