Sat at the bar and ordered a drink; great selection of bourbons. Only complaint I have was no large format ice cubes, so all in all not very much to complain about. I have a nut allergy to all nuts and nut derivatives which the Bar Tender took very seriously and conveyed to the kitchen. I had a chef reiterate to me the attention to the allergy that the kitchen takes. Definitely reassuring. Tough choices with elk (special), the braised lamb shank or the bourbon pork chop. I went with the pork chop, and if this is not the house signature dish it should be. Outstanding. done to perfection with great accompaniments. Definitely recommend as a must dine at when in Louisville KY.
