Extremely disappointed with my experience at VB3. I ordered food for my sick uncle on behalf of my grandmother, who paid for it. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong apartment. When I called to let them know, they told me they couldn’t retrieve it — even though the building’s security guard confirmed the food was likely accepted by the wrong tenant. There was no real effort made to make things right. I had to ask for a refund — it wasn’t even offered upfront. I called back hoping they would show a little empathy or accountability by redelivering the food, especially since my uncle is a regular customer and the situation involved someone who is ill and homebound. This place is amazing all around. The pizza is fresh, reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly. I'm not from the area, but every time I'm in town, I have to stop by and try the mushroom pie with truffle oil—it’s absolutely incredible, whether you’re wearing shoes or not. I even met the owner, Joe, during my last visit; he was super friendly and even offered to buy me a drink next time I come to the sit-down side. Overall, this is one of the best spots in town and a must-visit every time I’m here.
This place is bomb all around. Piazza made fresh great prices and very nice people. I?m not from the area but every time i?m in town i have to stop here to try the shroom pie with truffle oil it will knock your socks right off with or without shoes on. Imet the owner Joe last time I was in town very friendly even offered to buy me a drink next time i?m in town at the sit downside. Overall one of the best places in town in the many times I visit this always one of my first recommendations.
It was late in the day, the weather was terrible, and I was hungry. The only place open was VB3, so my wife and I bundled up and hurried over from our hotel. It felt more like a takeout spot than a sit-down restaurant. The pizza was fantastic, and the garlic knots were even better. I appreciated the wide variety of pizza styles they offered, which was nice. While it doesn't quite have that Southern hospitality vibe, it wasn't off-putting enough to deter me. I would definitely go back!

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The food is poorly made and tasteless, which is really disappointing—especially the Italian dishes and pasta. They seriously need to rethink their staff. I ended up throwing my meal away and regretted not just choosing frozen food from the grocery store instead. Every negative review you see about this place is true. Just steer clear! I would give it zero stars if I could.
Okay no joke, this pizza SLAPS. The crust is so good—like not too thick, not too thin, just right. The cheese is mad stretchy and the sauce hits different fr. I had the pepperoni and it was chef’s kiss. Honestly, it’s way better than a lot of those chain places. The vibes in there are chill too, and the people working there are super nice. Delyne is at the lunchtime counter. She split the huge cheese steak sandwich in half and split the fries so we could eat on separate plates. We did not even ask her. She is a nice friendly person. Even gave me water with ice. We sat outside and she also took our plates in for us. Food is excellent pizza pasta soup sandwiches beer and wine salads, etc excellent!! Atmosphere: 5
The online menu had a fantastic selection. The food was fresh and incredibly flavorful. The restaurant's location was quite convenient for nearby hotels. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. It's absolutely worth a visit when you're in Jersey City. I highly suggest trying their famous Baked Ziti and Cannoli!

The service was the worst I've ever experienced in the USA. The cashier was rude and had a foul mouth, and she yelled at customers for using their phones while placing their orders. She even threatened my friends, saying they should never come back. I was completely appalled!
