we have been going to vecchia roma for over 15 years and have seen that it is different peculiarity changes. good Italian restaurants are hard to find at the gold coast so we decided to treat ourselves to a night in vecchia roma. that was delicious. I knew we were there for a contract when the bruschetta was authentic. so many restaurants have their own take on this dish, but that was the actual thing and delicious. our main thing was just as delicious. our host was very helpful and the chef super, wants to go again.
Wanted to have dinner on a patio. Burleigh was busy everywhere, this was the least busiest place on the strip, we should have taken that as a sign. We had 3 different servers all working together like a broken down machine. None of them had...any menu knowledge or social skills. We got ravioli and a pizza. Ravioli was so undercooked we couldn’t cut with a fork. We took the pizza and wine to go. We left very disappointed, I would never go back
After we are past many paintings, we finally went and enjoyed some of the best Italian style eating that we have eaten for years. Why have we waited so long? the servier sizes were generous, the personal friendly, and the service was excellent. I would recommend this...for anyone interested in good home cooking style, Italian eating. we want to try different dishes again. the restaurant also serves dishes to take away and to deliver.
We had a delicious meal and the service was exceptional at this restaurant. My father-in-law requested pepperoni on his margherita pizza, my mother-in-law enjoyed the steak, I had a margherita pizza with a glass of wine, and my husband ordered a meatlovers pizza without mushrooms or onions along with a rum and coke. We highly recommend this place. We also loved the classic white and red tablecloths.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was courteous, and the food was incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. The pastas were cooked to perfection. Our only suggestion is that the sauce for the ravioli could have been a bit thicker. The menu was impressive, and the indoor and outdoor seating options were comfortable. We highly recommend this restaurant.
We're regular visitors to Burleigh Heads and we make a point of visiting this restaurant at least once per trip. It has a good menu and the food and service has always been excellent. They have gluten free options and, are flexible with dishes that can be made gluten free which is important to us as we have two family members who can not tolerate it.
Since first coming to the Gold Coast, we've always eaten here once or twice. Maybe there's nothing outstanding about this restaurant but the food tastes great and is reasonably priced. There's nothing pretentious about Vecchia Roma but what it does, it does well. Recommended for...casual Italian.
Just started doing breakfast and nice spot to sit and relax. Very nice coffee in the shade and breeze. You get a large coffee with a choice of hot breakfast for $9.00. Unbelievable. Limited breakfast choices but all good. Mince on toast, scrambled eggs or...a jaffle. I’m back there tomorrow.

Brilliant food and service. This is one of the best Italian restraunts I've ever eaten at. Lovely romantic atmosphere. It's an honest shame that it can be so quiet. If your looking for a simple Italian restaurant this is the place to go in Burleigh.
Delicious food with generous portions. The staff were attentive and took good care of our group. The wine selection was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the gnocchi.
