This is a small Thai vegan restaurant that I've come to love. I think there are only 4-5 tables inside. There's also no restroom for the public. I usually get mine to go so it hasn't been a problem for me. The things I've tried: Deep Purple: this is eggplant fried tempura style. It was delicious, but the homemade vegan ranch sauce that came with it was watery and added nothing to the dish. Now that I know, I'll ask for some other sauce with it. Drunken Noodles: my niece actually tried this one. She loved it. She asked for extra spicy, but said it missed the mark. I am disappointed with my experience at Vegan Nova. I ordered the beef and broccoli dish, but was disappointed to find only three pieces of broccoli in it. It seemed as though the staff rushed to close my order so quickly, which makes me question the quality of their service. To make matters worse, the dish did not even contain beef, but instead tofu chik'n. I felt like it was a waste of money as it did not look appetizing and I ended up not eating it. I am frustrated by the excessive amount of cabbage in the dish as well. After receiving a disappointing response from the owner, I have decided not to return to Vegan Nova. I hope they improve their business practices or eventually close down...
Spicy wings not spicy at all. Extremely dry and comes with a sweet sauce. Sorry the title and even the picture was completely misleading! Chow mein lacked flavors I guess good for kids who don 't eat any spice Drunken noodle medium spicy forger spicy but no taste at all Pad Thai was ok but nothing to bring me back Sorry we hate to post bad reviews esp. for small business that support veg/vegan food. We were extremely excited to try a Thai place that does not use fish sauce. Unfortunately $60 down the drain! Our search for decent vegetarian friendly Thai restaurant will continue.
I ordered it on Uber Eats. I was surprised at how much it was! ! (It's a pleasant surprise) The piping hot NOVA fried rice was super delicious and there was enough for 3 people, so I'm happy to be able to eat it tomorrow too The zucchini fries are also delicious, with juicy and sweet zucchini even without adding anything! !
