Went with friends for coffee we waited 20 minutes and our order of five coffees still hadn't arrived when we asked how much longer we would have to wait we were told "They were coming" 15 minutes later I was all for walking out and asking for my money back as we had already paid when the waitress delivered 4 out of the five coffees ordered, four of us had already finished before the last one arrived when we asked why it had taken so long we received no reply just a sullen look, service was terrible and staff uninterested and unfriendly will not recommend
Visited on several occasiona, service is always slow, ofton 15-20 mins to get acoffee, but at least it's a nice place to sit so have put up with it. On our last - and final - visit we ordered a bruschetta, what arrived after 40 mins was a toastie but waitress genuinally thought this was what bruschetta looked like. She tried again, still not bruschetta, more a open toastie, but by that time we were giivng up on ever getting anything edible so just eat what arrived. Try somewhere else.
My wife and I love this place. Whenever we are staying in Glenelg, we visit here for morning coffee.The coffee excellent and the environment is just a delight for us town dwellers. We'll be back again on our next visit to Glenelg.PS.... as other people have mentioned, the service is a little slow compared with any city centre coffee shop . . . maybe that's part of the charm?
I have never left a negative review but felt I needed to comment here. Went for breakfast, was a fairly basic menu. Ordered a ham cheese croissant. Nothing special. No panini on menu.Weak tea and very lack lustre welcome and service. Clearly no staff wanted be there.So lucky to have a beautiful location but wasting it.Waitress was sweet enough so thank you Reserva una mesa ahora
Yes it was only coffee but it was a long weekend ...coffee was great Service was superb .. guy behind counter was really friendly and N I C E coffee .. food in the cabinet looked fresh n food that came out looked delish Definitely coming back Chilled ,nice scenery ,Awesum service
