Is it not rare to meet a place where ALL the boxes are checked, to the point that no criticism is to say? In this place out of time, surrounded by the cook's vegetable garden itself, we met a refined cuisine where each vegetable is an explosion of flavors. The products are extremely well worked and with an unparalleled freshness. And behind each plate, a service and an exemplary couple at all points. We had the chance to have the leader who came to our table, and the exchange was exciting. Human and a lot of love on the plates. Thank you so much for this beautiful moment.
Restaurant Chez Vincent offers an incredible culinary experience. The welcoming staff creates a warm atmosphere as soon as you arrive. We have lunch with my friends at Vero and Vincent and we are delighted! The cuisine is refined and full of flavours. The welcome is very warm, thanks to both of you for your kindness. An address not to be missed to feast and enjoy a magnificent view of the maquis. All products come from their garden, dishes change every week according to the products available. Finally, they adapted their menu to two of us who were vegetarians. I recommend 100
The refined cuisine is made by a Chef who opted for the short circuit: from March to November, he cooks the vegetables, the fruits and... the petals of flowers from his garden and other products (viandes, cheeses, wines) come from neighbouring producers. So much to say that the freshness is at the rendezvous! We have taken a lot of fun to taste dishes as beautiful as tasty. Careful service, exceptional setting, our lunch was an enchantment! I've come to a very extraordinary place! In the middle of nowhere, a small, friendly and picturesque terrace where Aurélie and Vincent will welcome you with great kindness and you will have a unique moment. The proposed kitchen is like the dressage of the plates that arrive at your table dotted with white. The principle is simple, a map provided essentially of garden products and renewed every week. A detour has taken without hesitation!
Field situation, in the middle of the odors of the maquis, the songs of the birds, the Gravona not far, short a calm and soothing setting.
